Valerie Prosser is a Yoga Instructor committed to sharing the experiences and benefits of Yoga with others. Through these experiences she hopes to assist others in their transformation to healthier living and in their journey inward to discover self. She feels using Yoga gives participants a variety of effective tools to use in order to achieve their fitness goals and live a more satisfying life.
Valerie is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200) and Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher (RCYT) through Yoga Alliance
, an internationally recognized Yoga institute. She received certification and training through Adiaya Yoga Sanctuary and from Kidding Around Yoga for Children’s Yoga and has over 25 years of experience with a variety of youth programs. Yoga has had a significant impact on Valerie’s life, providing a path and direction for living the rest of her life…one step at a time.
